Francesca Maria Zanasi is an Italian lawyer with an academic background.
Member of the Milan Bar Association since February 2nd , 1995.
Lawyer admitted to the litigation before the Supreme Court since October 26th , 2007.
Registered at the list of publicists of the Professional Order of Journalists of Lombardy since April 17th , 2008.
Founder of IFL International Family Law Firm, she has gained extensive experience in managing family assets and financial relations.
Author of three monographs published by Giuffrè Editore, co-author of numerous publications by Giuffrè Editore and Wolters Kluwer in collaboration with other legal experts, as well as articles in legal journals and periodicals.
Francesca was awarded with the prestigious International Legal-Scientific Prize “G. Falcone – P. Borsellino” for her monograph “Violence in the Family and Stalking – from Defensive Investigations to Protection Orders”, published in 2007.
Since 2011, Francesca has been an Associate Professor of Legal Psychology at the Catholic University of Milan and a lecturer in master’s programs and specialized professional courses.
She is a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (www.iafl.com), the British Italian Law Association (https://www.bila.biz/), and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (www.step.org).
Currently, Francesca serves as the President of the International Relations Commission (CRINT) of the Milan Bar Association and an Adjunct Councilor of the Family Law Commission of the same Order.
She is the Founder and first President of the Italian CRINT Union, an association bringing together 56 representatives from the Italian Bar Associations across all Italian CRINTs (https://unicrint.it/).
Founder of the International Forum on Inheritance Law (https://inheritanceforum.com/).
Since February 2023, Vice President of the Milan Bar Association.

Darya Kondratyeva holds a Law Degree in two jurisdictions:
- In 2004, from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University of Ukraine
- In 2016, from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan
Former Notary of the Notarial College of the Kharkiv Region (Ukraine) since 2006.
Admitted to the legal profession in two countries: since 2011 in Ukraine and since 2018 in Italy (Milan Bar Association).
Since 2019, Member of the International Relations Commission of the Milan Bar Association, serving as a Presidency Office member and a referent for relations with international associations.
Member of the Supervisory Board of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University of Ukraine.
In 2023, the Milan Bar Association awarded her the San Gerolamo Seal for her work in organizing assistance and support services for Ukrainian refugees escaping the war in Italy.
